1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Lucky Mobile ("Lucky Mobile," "we," "our," or "us"). By browsing our website (luckymobilebarhi.in), placing inquiries via WhatsApp or phone, or availing of products and services at our physical store located at Gaya Rd, Barhi Chok, Barhi, Jharkhand 825405, India, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please consult our store staff prior to initiating sales or repair transactions.

3Mobile Hardware Repair & Workshop Policy

Our in-store repair desk offers expert hardware servicing, screen replacement, battery fixing, and charging port IC repairs subject to the following terms:

• Diagnostic Inspection & Price Estimates: Initial cost estimates provided via WhatsApp or online booking are preliminary. Final repair pricing is confirmed after physical technician inspection at our workshop.
• Customer Data Backup Imperative: Hardware repairs (especially screen, battery, or liquid damage fixes) carry inherent risks. **Customers are strictly required to back up personal photos, contacts, and data prior to handing over devices.** Lucky Mobile is not liable for data loss during hardware servicing.
• Serviced Parts Warranty: Replacement displays, batteries, and repair components installed by our workshop carry store warranty coverage against manufacturing defects as noted on your repair receipt. Warranty is void if the device suffers physical drop damage or liquid exposure after repair.
• Unclaimed Repair Devices: Devices repaired and ready for pickup must be collected within 30 days of readiness notification. Lucky Mobile reserves the right to dispose of or recycle unclaimed items after 60 days to cover service costs.

4Counter Services & Financial Regulations

Everyday counter services available at Lucky Mobile operate under standard Indian banking and document guidelines:

• Aadhaar Cash Withdrawal (AePS): Instant thumb-scan cash withdrawals and balance queries are processed via authorized NPCI banking networks. Customers must present valid Aadhaar details.
• Online Utility Bill Payments & Recharges: Electricity, DTH, and mobile recharges are processed instantly. Receipts are issued upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Photocopy & Passport Photo Printing: High-quality black & white / color document Xerox and instant passport size photos are printed on demand. Customers are responsible for ensuring document legality.

5Pricing, Payment Methods & Receipts

All prices for products, mobile accessories, and repair estimates at Lucky Mobile are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and direct bank transfers. Official store receipts are provided for all transactions.

6Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of India, Lucky Mobile and its technicians shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing device motherboard faults, water exposure prior to repair, or customer delay in device retrieval.

7Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of store transactions or service contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hazaribagh / Barhi, Jharkhand.
